Jack3d is a popular pre workout supplement. This is mainly because it contains no “fluff” ingredients like maltodextrin which is common in the other energy boosters on the market.
Look it up on any forum and you will see many positive Jack3d results. There have been a few side effects posted but that is due to overuse and not sticking to the recommended dosage. You may Jack3d vs hemo rage however experience slight dehydration even with the recommended dosage but that’s not surprising considering the ingredients include creatine, caffeine and other stimulants. These is easily fixed though, just drink an extra few bottles of water during the day while on the supplement.
